IIIE Bhilai Chapter Charts New Vision at Monthly Meeting : Focus on Youth & Community Development, implementing IE techniques

Bhilai ( Dewangan Jan News). The Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering (IIIE), Bhilai Chapter, conducted its monthly meeting at ICH Bhilai Niwas. The meeting focused on setting a progressive vision for the chapter and deliberated on innovative ways to spread Industrial Engineering (IE) awareness among youth and children.

A key resolution passed was the promotion of Industrial Engineering concepts among children, aiming to help them to develop structured thinking and habit-forming techniques early in childhood. This forward-looking initiative is expected to create long-term societal values. Ex GM of Bhilai Steel Plant H.K. Desai chaired the meeting.

Ghanshyam Kumar Dewangan, Vice chairman of the chapter, proposed a series of socially-oriented activities and community service initiatives, reinforcing IIIE’s commitment to social engineering and development specially for children and youth.

The meeting saw the presence of several distinguished members of the IIIE fraternity, including Avanish Dubey Secretary, Vivek Gupta Treasurer, senior members KK Gupta, BK Saraf, V.K. Singh, Kantilal Vishwakarma, Santosh Agarwal

Devender Pal Singh Brar, Nageshwar Rao etc. Nageshwar Rao also shared his plans to contribute academically by authoring a research paper in the field of Industrial Engineering.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by Secretary Avanish Dubey, who appreciated the active participation and assured timely implementation of all discussed resolutions.
